Ultra’s Big Training Weekend, 1st Installment

On the weekend of May 21-22, he is planning a weekend of trail running, camping, etc… at Burlingame State Park in Rhode Island. The campsites are on the North-South Trail, Rhode Island’s long trail, running almost 75 miles. Those of you who have run the Li’l Rhody Runaround have sampled this trail. Personal Invitation
When I left work yesterday the talk was all about the royal wedding. Who was going to get up early to watch and who was going to DVR it so they could sleep a little longer. I had no plans to watch at all and decided that if I was going to get up earlier I would go for a longer than usual morning run. I was not going to lose sleep to watch TV. Born to be a trail runner
Last November, I was on my way to the New York City marathon when I got word that my father had two clots on his brain and needed emergency surgery. My family urged me to go ahead and run anyway.
