The Bimbler’s Bluff 50K Course passes through several inter-connected woodland preserves in southern Connecticut. Consisting entirely of rolling forest roads or single track that can be extremely rocky, the course will provide a true test of the runner’s fitness and mental stamina.
Note: For 2026 a small changes has been made to the course north of Hart Rd. The race course now follows the blue blazed trail from Hart Rd to the Mattabassett trail outbound. On the return leg, the route bears left off Race Hill Rd and follows the blue trail back to Hart Rd. The un-blazed trail between Race Hill Rd and Hart Rd that borders the Guilford Sportsman Associate and Guilford Monastery, is no longer used.
